My Story
My rug hooking journey began in June 2022 during a random visit to McConkey's Market. There, at the HCRAG booth, I saw my first hooked rug and the amazing art created by the members of the guild. This led to a class at Therese Shick's house and I was "hooked" (pun intended)
My Second Project
Once class was over, I continued to attend the monthly beginner sessions with Therese and I decided to take on a much larger project.
By Now I'm Hooked
I continued to try to test myself with new projects and along the way found a great community of artists who are always ready to offer guidance and suggestions.
